By accessing and using the Danceworks & Company website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Enrollment in classes and programs is subject to availability. A completed registration form and applicable fees are required to secure your dancer's spot. Danceworks & Company reserves the right to refuse enrollment at our discretion.
Tuition is due on the first of each month unless otherwise specified. Late payments may be subject to a late fee. A non-refundable registration fee is required at the time of enrollment. Returned checks will incur a service charge.
Regular attendance is important for dancer development and class coordination. Make-up classes may be available when space permits. Tuition is not prorated for missed classes. If you need to withdraw from a program, written notice must be provided at least two weeks in advance.
Students are expected to arrive on time, wear appropriate dance attire, and treat instructors and fellow dancers with respect. Danceworks & Company reserves the right to dismiss any student whose behavior disrupts the learning environment.
Dance is a physical activity that carries inherent risks of injury. By enrolling, you acknowledge these risks and agree to hold Danceworks & Company, its owners, instructors, and staff harmless from any claims, injuries, or damages arising from participation in classes, rehearsals, or performances.
By enrolling, you grant Danceworks & Company permission to photograph and video record students during classes, rehearsals, and performances for use in marketing materials, social media, and the studio website. If you wish to opt out, please provide written notification.
All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, and logos, is the property of Danceworks & Company and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited without prior written consent.
Danceworks & Company reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
